I compared beyrivals.com/tier-list with beyrivals-wiki.wiki’s tier page. Both put Lone Longinox and Flare Fafnir on top after Oct 25, then Halo Helios, Kaiser Cerberon, and Vector Valkyra. I am not calling that “tested by several labs.” It is two community wikis reading the same patch.

What Oct 25 changed
- Halo Helios moved to Balance and stayed left-spin.
- Kaiser Cerberon moved up to Legendary.
- Surge Spriggan was nerfed a second time after the Oct 22 buff-then-nerf.
- Surnames stopped critting, so older “best combo” clips that rely on surname crits are stale.
